AWS Database Migration Service (DMS):
Moves databases to AWS with near-zero downtime using change data capture. Works for homogeneous migrations (e.g., MySQL to Aurora) or heterogeneous (e.g., Oracle to PostgreSQL) with the Schema Conversion Tool. We run test loads, validate row counts, and schedule final cutovers during low-traffic windows.

AWS Mainframe Modernization (Mainframe Migration):
For COBOL/PL/I workloads and VSAM/DB2 data. We assess code and data, choose between replatforming (managed runtime) or refactoring to modern services, and build a safe path off the mainframe. The focus is stability, predictable performance, and a stepwise move that business owners can trust.

High-speed, secure file transfer to S3, EFS, or FSx. Ideal for large NAS to cloud moves and ongoing sync jobs. We set filters, schedule windows, and track throughput so cutovers are clean. Great when you need repeated syncs before the final switch.

AWS Snowcone / Snowball / Snowmobile:
Physical devices for petabyte-scale or bandwidth-limited transfers. We stage data to the device on-site, ship to AWS, and verify ingestion. This avoids long online transfer times and keeps projects on schedule when links are slow, costly, or unreliable.
